Poweron Technology Services is searching for an IT Support Specialist in Albuquerque.
You will deal with students, staff and vendors, assisting them with technology issues. &
This is a full-time, contract opportunity, and pay range is $17.50-$19.50 per hour.
We need someone to start immediately!
To succeed in this role, you will be experienced in:
•Working with end users to resolve hardware and software issues
•Creating, maintaining, and disabling end user accounts
•Managing inventory and following CSS procedures for shipping and receiving of IT assets
•Preparing for new technology installs and refreshes
•Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 7 and 10, MS Office Suite
To qualify for this role, you will have:
•Associates degree in Computer Science desired
•3+ years of experience in an IT Support role
•Excellent time management and organizational skills
•Top-notch communication skills, both verbal and written
•Ability to maintain confidentiality
•Ability to work well within a team
•Ability to meet deadlines within a project
•Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
